Touch for Health (TFH) is the most widely used system of kinesiology in the world.
My own teacher, Sandy Gannon, who sadly passed away in 2021, had a vision of bringing TFH to communities and individuals around the globe in times of need and she also played a pivotal role in the Touch for Health Charity. The Charity’s mission is to promote wellbeing, sharing the passion and love for Touch for Health and empowering and educating the public through sharing the principles and practice of Touch for Health.
Those of you who know me have perhaps heard me talking about TFH. If you have attended any of my classes you will know that I always start with a TFH technique called ‘switching’ [do have a look at my earlier blog if you would like to know more about this and why we use it]. You may even have attended my energy healing practice group sessions where I shared many of the TFH techniques for you to take away and use for yourselves……. In amongst all of this I have never really explained very much about kinesiology or TFH, what it is and how it works, so I thought I would share a series of short posts to explain a bit more and perhaps spark your interest in the teachings Sandy held very close to her heart.

There are many different types of kinesiology and many tools and techniques within each type but I wanted to share a few posts to explain a bit more generally about what kinesiology actually is….
