In today’s busy world more and more people are looking for ways to heal themselves from stress and anxiety. I would like to share with you the energy healing techniques I have discovered and show you how you can help yourself too.

The techniques that I offer, such as Yoga Nidra and Reiki do not simply focus on the symptoms you are experiencing but they look at you as a whole person…..how are you doing really?

I run group Yoga Nidra sessions from my base at a yoga studio in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, where I also offer individual reiki sessions as well as teaching Reiki.
