TFH Kinesiology and Energy Healing – Stratford Upon Avon

In today’s busy world more and more people are looking for ways to look after themselves

We have so much to learn from these countries….in the early 1970s the Kingdom of Bhutan, sandwiched between the economic and political powerhouses of China and India, questioned the prevailing measurement system of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and proposed a more unconventional measure of national development: Gross National Happiness (GNH). The techniques that I offer, such as Reiki, Touch for Health (TFH) Kinesiology, Yoga Nidra and Sound Baths do not simply focus on the symptoms you are experiencing but they look at you as a whole person…..how are you doing really? Energy medicine and therapy is not a modern concept or approach and it’s origins are found throughout the ancient world. This is one of the things that fascinated me when I first started to study these techniques……these things that we often think of as being modern day alternative therapies are actually based on techniques used by our ancestors many thousands of years ago.

If you have any questions or would like to find out more about any of the techniques I offer, please do call, email or message me.

And no one can deny it
Are sunshine, water, rest, and air
Exercise and diet.
These six will gladly you attend
If only you are willing
Your mind they’ll ease
Your will they’ll mend
And charge you not a shilling.”
