In today’s busy world more and more people are looking for affordable ways to care for themselves to bring relief from everyday stress and anxiety. I would like to share with you the energy techniques that I practice and show you how you can help yourself too.
The techniques that I offer, such as Reiki, Touch for Health (TFH) Kinesiology, Yoga Nidra and Sound Baths do not simply focus on the symptoms you are experiencing but they look at you as a whole person. Energy medicine and therapy is not a modern concept or approach and it’s origins are found throughout the ancient world. This is one of the things that fascinated me when I first started to study these techniques……these are the things that worked for our ancestors many thousands of years ago.
If you have any questions or would like to find out more about any of the techniques I offer, please do call, email or message me.

“The best six doctors anywhere
And no one can deny it
Are sunshine, water, rest, and air
Exercise and diet.
These six will gladly you attend
If only you are willing
Your mind they’ll ease
Your will they’ll mend
And charge you not a shilling.”
~ Nursery rhyme quoted by Wayne Fields, ” What the River Knows, 1990” ~

Yoga Nidra is like meditation and mindfulness….but it’s not!
