Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice, first used thousands of years ago and later rediscovered by Dr Mikao Usui in Japan. Today, Reiki is recognised worldwide as a natural therapy that supports the body’s innate ability to heal itself, complementing both conventional medicine and other holistic treatments.

Many people consider Reiki to be a treatment you give to someone else but first and foremost it is a self-healing practice. In our busy modern lives, stress, fatigue, and emotional strain can deplete our energy reserves. Reiki helps to restore balance, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation by working holistically on mind, body, and spirit. Students find that learning Reiki not only supports their own wellbeing but also gives them a valuable way to help friends, family, and perhaps eventually clients.

Why Learn Reiki Face-to-Face?

I teach Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki – the traditional lineage that maintains a direct connection back to Dr Mikao Usui. My courses are taught face-to-face in small groups (maximum of 4 students) to ensure personalised attention. All training includes a detailed course manual so you can focus on your learning without the distraction of taking notes. Ongoing support continues beyond the classroom through regular monthly Reiki shares.
